INTEGRATED is a 6-month cohort experience that creates space to step back, examine what has formed you as a leader, and begin carrying responsibility from a more grounded and integrated place.

You may look capable on the outside while feeling stretched thin on the inside.

Why does leadership feel heavier than it should?
What is actually shaping the way I respond under pressure?
How am I responsible without carrying everything?
What needs to be noticed, released, or reordered?
How am I being called to lead in this season of my life?

This is where the work begins.

What INTEGRATED Is

INTEGRATED is not another quick fix or surface-level leadership course.

It is a guided cohort experience that brings together leadership formation, reflection, honest conversation, discernment, and practical integration.

The work begins with the person, because how we lead flows from the interior life.

Over six months, you will examine what has formed you as a leader, recognize patterns that surface under pressure, deepen your capacity for true discernment, and begin developing rhythms that support a more peaceful, focused, and purposeful way to live and lead.

What You Will Leave With

GParticipants do not simply leave with new ideas. They leave with practical language, tools, and a developed plan they can continue using.

Through the cohort, you will begin to:

Understand what has influenced the way you live, respond, decide, relate, and lead
Recognize patterns, blind spots, and stress responses that may be limiting growth
Gain clarity on what matters most in this season of your life and leadership
Develop a more grounded rhythm for prayer, reflection, relationships, work, and rest
Name a clearer leadership expression rooted in who you are and how you are called to lead
Create a practical plan for continued growth and accountability

The goal is not simply to learn more about leadership.

The goal is to become more integrated in the way you live, respond, decide, relate, and lead.

2027 Cohort Options

In-Person Cohorts

6 months
One half-day gathering per month
Retreat-center setting (Grand Coteau, LA)
Workbook, meal, assessments, and portal access included

Virtual Cohort

6 months
Two live virtual sessions per month
Workbook, assessments, and portal access included

All cohorts are intentionally small to allow for meaningful depth, honest conversation, support, and accountability.

Investment

In-Person Cohort: $2,500
Virtual Cohort: $1,950

Payment in full is preferred before the first session. A deposit and limited payment plan may be available upon acceptance.

Catholic priests and pastors receive a $250 reduction. Priests in the Diocese of Lafayette, LA may have additional diocesan subsidy options available. Priests from other dioceses are encouraged to check with their Office of Ongoing Formation regarding possible support.

This application is intended to support mutual discernment and healthy cohort placement.

There are no perfect answers and no need to overthink your responses. Simply answer honestly and thoughtfully.

For Pastors and Parish Teams

The INTEGRATED Leaders Cohort can also serve as the foundation for a broader parish leadership formation pathway.

The work begins with the formation of the leader: prayer, self-awareness, discernment, responsibility, and a more integrated way of living and leading.

From there, pastors and key lay leaders may continue into additional work around shared vision, values, priorities, strategic action, and healthy rhythms for leading together.

Parishes may also choose to continue with implementation support, facilitator formation, or ongoing peer connection so more leaders can be formed from within the parish community.

The goal is not simply to solve today’s challenges. The goal is to form leaders who can carry mission together and continue forming other leaders over time.
